A: I got this design for a girlfriend's birthday.  If you are getting it for a guy I'd go with the large rather than a Medium.  It's a really cute shirt!!!

A: I bought a men's medium for my teenage grandson. He has a large head! lol! He loved the tee shirt and has since outgrown it. He was app 5'2 and 125 at the time. I hope that helps.

A: The size L, is 27 inches from the shoulder to the bottom. It may have shrunk a bit, but not much.
