Just under half a capful in the bath gives a complete Spa experience, your skin feels amazing afterwards and the sent stays on your skin afterwards. You feel so relaxed afterwards. To me it smells mainly of clary sage and geraniums with a spicy undertone of cardamom. After using it you feel uplifted. A drop in the foot spa and the aroma wafts up... a little goes a long way. Will buy this again
