I have only used it a couple of times, but have already found that the illumination can be helpful saving the need to remove food from the oven.I would like to add a postscript to my original review.Unfortunately the item had a fault. I contacted the seller who replied within 30 mins and had a replacement with me, free of charge, within 48 hours even though it was a bank holiday weekend. I would say it is probably one of the best levels of customer service that I have recieved.
