It got to the point I became used to the pain and basically accepted it as my new normal until I got around to seeing a doctor—not easy to do in the rural area I live in. So when I read the review that mentioned how it helped with the person’s arthritis, I looked at my hand. I had only been taking it for 2 or 3 days, but the pain was gone, and I could close my hand almost completely. I hadn’t even noticed! I take only one capsule a day now (half the daily dosage), and take it with liposomal vitamin c for better absorption, and my hand is doing great. I’m sure it must be helping me in other ways I don’t recognize. Great product!
