**Q: Can it be used in a cafeteria**
A: It’s not the right grind. Illy do a specific cafetière grind. If you look on the espresso tin you’ll see an image of an espresso cup: the cafetière specific grind has am image of a cafetière instead of an espresso cup. Hope this helps. Happy Christmas.

**Q: Why is there a bulge and tin distortion on the bottom of some cans? How does this effect the coffee?**
A: Nope.

**Q: What are the animal ingredients or processes that mean this coffee is vegetarian and not vegan?**
A: Mmmm not sure and it's just coffee beans  bit I would imagine that an animal probably a donkey was used in the field to load the raw beans onto. Hence not vegan.

**Q: Suitable for an Italian stovetop coffee maker?**
A: Yes, it will have a slightly scorched flavour, but any coffee will if it’s made on the stove. I use Illy in a Gaggia espresso machine at home, but when we are camping in the summer, I use it on the stove. Takes a day or two to get used to the change but it’s really fine.

We recently got a new coffee machine and I chose both the Intenso ground coffee dark roast, and the Classico ground medium roast, so we had some variety. They are both very good coffees, fresh with great flavour, and you can taste the quality. My partner likes the dark roast the most, as he really enjoys strong coffee. I can drink both, but prefer the medium roast, as it is a little softer. Both are perfect to use with the machine, or just with a cafetiere. They are also affordable. Highly recommended.
