I take 2 tablets each night around an hour after my evening meal and they certainly have helped. Sometimes I do forget to take them and as soon as it starts I will have 2 and it stops straight away.The flavour is not very strong but they are a nice mint, like a mild toothpaste and the texture is weird like sucking on a tablet but they have done the job, much better than expected so I have no complaints and would certainly buy again if needed.
