It is very think. **Q: What is the difference between the "Opaque White" and "White" inks, are they intended to be used for different purposes?** A: The opaque white is thicker/ less translucent (hence the name) it does a better job of printing solid white over darker fabrics. **Q: Can you mix colors successfully?** A: Yes! This size works well for a several yard project. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product but dries fast *by A***R on September 1, 2022* This ink is great and incredibly opaque. Since it’s pretty much the only opaque white option for linocut on fabric I’m not gonna give it too much of a hard time but I do wish it stayed wetter longer. It dries quite quickly and becomes difficult to use. I have had to get a toothbrush to clean it out of my Lino blocks because it gets caught in the tiny crevices and won’t come off without a good brushing. I might be too used to using water based inks so take that into consideration when reading my review. It works best with 100% cotton or linen with no stretch element but gets the job done on stretch fabric with only a little greying. I almost exclusively print on black with white ink so I use this product constantly and my biggest complaint is the smell.
