A: At the bottom of the cardboard packaging, there is a logo to say that both cardboard And plastic pods can be recycled

**Q: Are these preservative free?**
A: Physiodose Saline Solution is recommended for babies, children and adults for nasal hygiene, ocular... no chemicals, NO preservatives and no side-effects... I do recommend those sealed plastic pods of 5ml each, each to use and you can recycle each pod...
