Der Vorteil ist hier die nickelfreie Verarbeitung des Topfes. Allerdings ist er sehr schwer, was sich bei der Reinigung durchaus bemerkbar machen kann, wenn man mit der Hand spült. Ich besitze das schwere Stück seit 2 Jahren und habe mit der Verriegelung bislang kaum Probleme gehabt. Wenn das Ventil abgesenkt ist, kann es durchaus vorkommen, dass der Drehring hakelt, dann noch ein wenig warten und sachte mit Gefühl den Ring drehen. Für das Gelingen der diversen Gerichte ist das Studieren bzw. Beachten der Gebrauchsanweisung mit Mengen-, Zeit- und Füllstandsangaben erforderlich. Estábamos muy contentos con anteriores experiencias con ollas a presión de Duromatic y Wmf que funcionan a a la perfección, pero nos llamo la atención algo en cerámica. La diferencia de precio con algunos famosos grandes almacenes era enorme pr lo que, al final, nos animamos y no nos arrepentimos. Es la mejor olla que jamás hayamos tenido y además preciosa.
