Review: Very good. - I use these gloves whilst hiking and doing bushcraft activities such as chopping wood with an axe and using a knife for a whole variety of reasons. The gloves also get exposed to being wet as well as heat when lighting and maintaining open fires. The gloves are very good, they are comfortable, durable and i'm very happy with them. They have got a few scuffs, cuts and burn marks from use but that's expected from what I use them for. They've saved my hands many a times from cuts and possibly worse whilst using a hatchet and knife.

Good pair off gloves however my last pair had tanned leather not nubuck on the palms. As these are made of a natural product the quality can vary. Each glove is basically made up of an upper and lower piece of leather. The upper piece on the right glove was of a much lower grade than the rest and should have been rejected at quality control, but hay-ho that's the luck of the draw.
