I am a natural hair fanatic and was interested in taking hair vitamins along with multivitamins to boost my hair growth.I bought a one-month supply and so far it is going well. My hair has grown a little bit and is much shinier in appearance. Taking the gummy bears is so easy, and they taste really good - not like sweeties that you can buy from the shop, but still really nice. I didn't get the plasticity taste others described. I take two in the morning before I eat as I looked it up and that's when it is suggested it's best to take them (told you I am a natural hair fanatic - I really go into details). I'm going to continue taking these for another two months, as I like that the biotin mcg is higher than any other chewable UK hair vitamin.
