## Description

A Northgaze TC Chimney Tent designed for 2-4 campers, featuring a classic tipi/pyramid shape that’s quick and easy to set up, not to mention aesthetically pleasing for both the camera and the eye. The Northgaze has snow skirts (entrance fabric does not have snow skirts) and a stove jack opening for winter camping, with a porch setup option for you to enjoy your own outdoor patio with a nice cup of coffee. Cooking tools and other small objects can be attached to the MOLLE webbing along the entrance fabric, and you have yourself a perfect home away from home.
About tetoron cotton: The T/C fabric is known for its rugged quality that’s thicker, heavier and more durable than the usual outdoor gear fabric commonly used. It’s also fire-retardant and safer to use next to campfires, efficiently blocks out sunlight and heat, and its unique material technology enables it to be more water-resistant with each use through the fabric’s interaction with moisture in the outdoors. Fabric performance can be enhanced by setting it up next to a river, stream, or even drizzle.
Note:
For longer shelf life, air out to dry after use in drizzle, and store the tent in a cool, dry place.

**Q: Waterproof rating 350-400mm? not very good then.**
A: Only used once so far but in heavy rain. Was dry.

**Q: Does it come with a stove jack or not? It says it does at the top but it doesn't in another place.**
A: I ordered one earlier this year - 2023 and it came with one attached.

**Q: Where can I buy a groundsheet for this?**
A: There is an internal tent piece that you can get but it’s not cheap. You may be able to get an off brand octagonal ground sheet but if you are camping with a stove you will need to adapt the ground sheet so the stove is not on it.

**Q: What are the dimensions of this tent when packed down?**
A: Packed into the bag, it measures 60cm long, width 25cm and height 25cm but could be compressed more.

Used this a lot since purchasing last year. You will need to order the additional poles for using the open awning, which is brilliant. Really well made tent, buy the stoves and chairs as well. All their stuff I have bought and used, fifty plus nights in this since last year, it really good and mad value for money, no leeks…important to mention, and very easy to put up and take down, packs up pretty small. Ideal for one person with kit, bit of a squeeze for two, especially if the tent is ‘closed’ . Really too big for back packing but ideal for open canoe or vehicle. Ideal for fixed camp for a number of days, but quick and easy enough to put up for one nighters, good zips, good ventilation. Stove is awesome by the way.

Lovely hot tent. Light for its size. Only have tried it once on a very windy coast 40+mph winds. I have learnt to peg it tight to the ground to prevent wind ingress and heat loss. The flaps are also good to augment with rocks when it gets really hairy. Dry and cosy inside nonetheless. Space for two beds and stove plus sitting area. Good for two folk and a stove.
