Sucralose is an artificial sweetner I repeat it is an artificial swetner. They could use other natural sweetener sech as suvia but splenda is so much cheaper **Q: Does it have quinine in it or just a flavour?** A: It says on the label that the contents include 'aroma quinine', whatever that is. For me not a particularly good product. Won't be buying again. **Q: The product contains glycerin- isn’t that sugar?** A: Glycerin is indeed sweet but it’s not sugar. Glycerin is an alcohol. We use sucralose as a sweetener in Zero Indian Tonic. Sucralose is by far the most expensive sweetener but it is also superior than aspartame and other synthetic sweeteners. **Q: What is the quinine content and has it been tested for safety?** A: Exact quinine content is a company secret. Buying this on repeat. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Creates a tonic with good flavour. *by T***C on 13 July 2019* This is a nice flavoured tonic but the quinine may be too bitter for some people but it was easily remedied by adjusting the amount of concentrate to taste. ### ⭐ Vile artificial sweetener flavour. *by S***M on 12 September 2024* Vile. If I could demand a refund for the gin this wasted I would. This tonic mix had the most disgusting nasty chemical artificial sweetener flavour I have ever come across. It was genuinely inedible. It wasn't even all that sweet, just chemical-ish. If it had any tonic flavour, it was undetectable beneath the artificial sweetener. I mixed up large G&T with this, with water as per the instructions, and I had to bin the lot. It was better to go without. I tried diluting it with more water and more gin, but nothing got rid of the chemical flavour. I hate waste and I don't throw food or drink away unless it's essential.
