## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this cat litter mat really reduce litter tracking?**
A: Yes. The raised coil texture helps catch litter from paws and reduce tracking around the litter box. It works with clay, crystal, tofu, and plant-based litter, but no mat catches every piece.

**Q: Is this cat litter mat waterproof or urine-proof?**
A: It has a waterproof backing to help block minor spills and damp litter from reaching hard floors. It is not a pee pad or made to hold standing liquid; rinse urine or large spills promptly.

**Q: How do I clean dry litter, wet litter, or sticky messes?**
A: Shake or vacuum dry litter. For wet clay litter, urine, or sticky messes, rinse with mild soap and water, then air dry completely before placing the mat back.

**Q: What size cat litter mat should I choose?**
A: Choose 24 x 20 in for compact spaces, 35.4 x 23.6 in for most standard litter boxes, and 47 x 36 in for large boxes, multiple cats, or extra floor coverage.

**Q: Will it stay in place, and can cats scratch or chew it?**
A: The textured backing helps reduce shifting on clean, dry, flat floors. This mat is for walking and litter trapping, not chewing or scratching. Replace it if your cat damages it.
