## Questions & Answers

**Q: is the ascorbic the L-ascorbic acid form?**
A: Just states Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) on ingredients.

**Q: If this contains maize starch, is it gmo maize?? aka "modified maize starch" ?**
A: I can't see any mention of starch being listed in the ingredients. It just says "free from artificial flavours, colours & preservatives, lactose, yeast & gluten".

**Q: Is it time-release, or is the excess vitamin C  excreted within minutes of ingestion?**
A: No it's not. I previously had the timed-release ones, which were okay, but these 'Low Acid' ones are not timed-release, and have caused me quite extreme stomach upset, to the point where I will no longer take them.

**Q: If you have a cold can you take 2 tablets a day to boost?**
A: Yes you can. Suggest 2 first thing then one more lunchtime. Do no longer than a week. You should not get an upset tum, I never do. Don't take on empty stomach.

Got these on offer £2 saving,quite a big tub,only took them yesterday but all vitamin c do the same thing,I'd ran out so had to buy more,the old brand I used have gone up so much in price so didn't want to buy them,they are too big for me to swallow whole I had to break in half,if you struggle to take pills don't buy these,they are big,if you can split them like I did then fine but just be warned,I would still buy again though just can't swallow whole,good price 👍
