I've worn this foundation for everything, from day-to-day use, to dinner and evenings out and it holds well if you use a decent primer and setting powder. My bottle of foundation I've had for just under a year and I've still got about a quarter of a bottle left. I will disclose that I don't wear makeup every day as I like to give my skin a break. I'd say the product is good value for money (depending on what method you use to apply the foundation). I use Sephora's Pro stippling brush to apply the foundation and the product does soak into the brush fibres so probably best with a beauty blender.
