Medium is perfect size for my Shiba inu. He's 11 years old and the memory foam is perfect for his old bones. The bed has a lush velour feel. The cover is removable for washing, inside has 3 separate cushions, full of memory foam pieces, it's not a solid foam which is better for air flow and fluffiness😁When it arrives it is vacuum sealed, once opened it fluffs up, just like a memory foam mattress.
