I am a dog groomer and have suffered with arthritis in my hands and shoulders for the last few years. I read an article about how coconut oil has anti inflammatory benefits so I thought I would give them a a go.After 2 weeks of taking these capsules I can honestly say that I have more movement in my hands and NO pain in my joints. Tip use raw organic apple cider vinegar for hair.1 cup of water ( filtered ) 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar and a couple of drops oflavender oil, to make it smell nice. Wash hair with shampoo, no need for conditioner, unlessyour hair is very dry. Put vinegar mix into spray bottle and apply to roots, then work down toends. Massage in for about five minutes, avoiding contact with eye, because it stings like hell,yikes ! Then rinse with lots of water. For best results, use a shower head, which has a filterin it. Do this and take coconut capsules. It takes a while to restore hair to formal state, but iswell worth the effort. Been doing this for a while now and I must say, I am very, very pleasedwith the results XD !
