I bought this primarily to help with sinus problems but love the dual functionality. I used it for the first time today. It was very easy to put together. I really liked the additional feature where you can add in a few drops of your favourite oil in the both the nasal and facial attachment. I used Olbas oil and only needed a couple of drops on a piece of cotton wool. I placed the unit on a heat-proof mat as a precaution but noticed the base stayed cool throughout. I used the nasal attachment on level 1 for 2 minutes and found that really helped my blocked sinuses. I then used the facial steamer on level 1 for another 2 minutes which really left my skin glowing.
