Are those clamps good enough to do the job?** A: Yes, I think they do that easily, they are only small, but good quality and strong for their size. **Q: how long are these clamps** A: 7 1/4” with the rubber cups on the feet; 6 7/8” with the rubber cups removed. **Q: any idea if this fits the worx work bench, the clamps you get with that are poor and need changing, they look the same?** A: Yes it will grip a piece of wood between the work top and clamp.
