But I am so fed up of being ripped off with ridiculous prices that I tried them. As a vegetarian I can attest to these being suitable for a vegan/vegetarian diet. And as a cracked heel sufferer I can attest that they contain what it says on the pack (I had no idea that lack of Omega 3 6 and 9 is such a common cause of cracked heels until I read up on it about a year ago. I started taking it, and the crack on my heel disappeared).
