Mine seams a little loose. 205/75r/15 tire.** A: Brian, the red tip does not need to go in the rim hole but does need to be secure against the rim for the best fit and deterrent. The red should not be on the rubber of the tire at all. Thank you. **Q: Can you drill the lock out? Seems like an easy way to open this.** A: I'm sure it could be drilled out if one wanted to. A door to your home can be busted too, it's a deterrent. I hope it sends someone looking to take a trailer to move on to my neighbors house, if they wanted my trailer bad enough I'm sure it could be removed with enough time. **Q: Will this work on my 2021 sprinter prisum RV?** A: I use it on rv tires and 16 and 20 inch trucks I don’t know why it would not work **Q: Will this fit a 16x8 rim with a tire size of 285/70R 16?** A: All I can tell you is that it fit on a 26’ Penske moving truck front tire. ## Frequently Bought Together - Trimax TCL75 - Trailer Wheel Lock - Fits 7"-11.25" Tires - Wheel Boot Lock for Trailer, Car, Truck, Boat, ATV, Camper, and More - Trimax - UMAX 100 - Trailer Lock for Hitch, Dual Force Security - Trailer Hitch Lock for 1-7/8" - 2-5/16" Couplers, All Coupler Types - Trimax TCL65 - Trailer Wheel Lock - Fits 6"-10.5" Tires - Wheel Boot Lock for Trailer, Car, Truck, Boat, ATV, Camper, and More --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/4801270-tcl75-trailer-wheel-lock-fits-7-11-25-tires-wheel](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/4801270-tcl75-trailer-wheel-lock-fits-7-11-25-tires-wheel) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
