I find these help make me feel more full which stops me snacking. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ You do eat less *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 31 July 2026* Can't say it stopped my hunger but it certainly made me feel full up quicker. The only problem was the amount of water you have to drink with it. I had to stop because l was forever going to the loo for a wee day and night. If you soak the tables in water you get a sort of gloop which is tasteless you can mix it with fruit juice to make. it more palatable l'm giving that a try to see if that works better. I can't say l've lost weight yet PS weighed myself yesterday and l've lost about 3Ib ## Frequently Bought Together - Lindens Glucomannan (Konjac Fibre) Capsules - 3,000mg Per Serving - 90 Pack - Weight Loss Aid - Contributes Towards The Reduction of Appetite - Weight Loss Supplement - Letterbox Friendly - Magnesium Glycinate 3-in-1 Complex - 1800mg Supplements as Bisglycinate, Citrate & Malate 90 Vegan Capsules, Triple High Absorption 384mg Elemental, UK Made (Packaging Design May Vary) - Lindens Chromium Max 1000mcg Picolinate - 120 Tablets | Detox, Metabolism, Blood Glucose, | Mega Potency (2500% NRV) | 4 Months Supply, UK Manufacturer, Letterbox Friendly, Vegan --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/48008669-lindens-glucomannan-konjac-fibre-capsules-3-000mg-per-serving-90](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/48008669-lindens-glucomannan-konjac-fibre-capsules-3-000mg-per-serving-90) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
