LYFTRX finger tape is breathable, non-allergenic, latex-free, and leaves no residue. Choose the 1.5-inch x 5 yards (38mm x 4.5m) size in black, green, pink, orange, or army od green. Protects my thumbs well, with easy application and simple to tear. Great value for a good quality product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strong/Sticky and long lasting hold *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 October 2020* Excellent tape. Very comfortable. Very easy to wrap & tear. Don’t be tempted to use a scissors for this tape. The sticky residue builds up on the blade over time and it’s a pain. I was using a scissors as I like to be neat but it really tears very neatly and easily without.I use for Olympic lifting & CrossFit mainly. Also good for extra protection on the pull up bar. I pair with Victory grips and run a strip across my palm pads under the grips. I don’t get any welts or callouses anymore etc with the extra protection. It holds firm and doesn’t slip even with movements like Toes to Bar or kipping movements where the hands rotate vigorously on the bar. I actually think it’s more valuable for CrossFitters. It has 3 colourways. Would be nice to see a couple more. The only real downside is I plough through it. But probably just reflects the volume of my training which is I suppose a positive thing! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Tape! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 28 December 2018* I don't write reviews often, but this tape is brilliant. I use this tape for protecting my thumbs when deadlifting with a hook grip and it is fantastic. It sticks to your thumbs well and stops the knurling on the bar destroying the skin on your thumbs. I have had no problems with the tape unsticking and found it relatively easy to tear with one thumb taped. It should be noted that you get three rolls per pack which is good value. They even provide a handy guide showing you how to wrap your thumbs properly. The tape is great for beginners and experienced weightlifters. I would highly recommend this product. ## Frequently Bought Together - LYFT-RX Weightlifting Hook Grip Tape w/Premium Adhesive for Olympic Weight Lift, Cross Fitness, Lifting, Stretch Athletic Finger Wrap, Protects Thumb Fingers Hand, Enhances Grip - Nespresso Capsules Vertuo, Variety Pack, Medium and Dark Roast Coffee, 30 Count Coffee Pods, Brews 7.8 oz. - Nespresso Capsules Vertuo, Double Espresso Chiaro, Medium Roast Espresso Coffee, 30-Count Coffee Pods, Brews 2.7oz. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/47992445-weightlifting-hook-grip-tape-w-premium-adhesive-for-olympic-weight](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/47992445-weightlifting-hook-grip-tape-w-premium-adhesive-for-olympic-weight) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
