The gloves are thick, well-made, and provide excellent heat protection when adding logs or adjusting the fire. I feel confident handling hot materials without the heat coming through. The extra length is a real bonus, as it protects the wrists and lower forearms when reaching into the fire. Despite being heavy-duty, they’re comfortable to wear and allow a good grip on logs and fire tools. They feel durable and good quality, and after several uses they’re holding up very well. Overall, a great purchase for anyone with an open fire I’d happily recommend them.
