Especially when the lens weighs 3x the weight of the body :') ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For the price of this unit and a second hand lens you have a very nice set up for very little money *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 16 April 2017* Works perfectly on the Sony Alpha A6000 as it should. This attachment allows you to use the old M42 screw lenses with the modern Sony E-Mount cameras however bear in mind the auto focus will no longer work while the lens is attached and you will have to use the focus ring on the lens itself.Ive used it in conjunction with a Carl Zeiss Tessar 50mm and it has produced some lovely sharp photos. For the price of this unit and a second hand lens you have a very nice set up for very little money ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 21 September 2026* Used for my helios 44-2. Solid metal mounting, great construction, satisfying click into the e-mount, secure m42 mounting threads. ## Frequently Bought Together - K&F Concept Lens Mount Adapter Compatible with M42 Lens to NEX E-Mount Camera Compatible with Sony Alpha NEX-7 NEX-6 NEX-5N NEX-5 NEX-C3 NEX-3 - Unbekannt Zenit Helios-44-2 Helios 44-2 58mm 58 mm 1:2 - M42 M 42 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/47955735-k-and-f-concept-m42-to-nex-lens-mount-adapter](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/47955735-k-and-f-concept-m42-to-nex-lens-mount-adapter) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
