**Q: What is the difference between henry and hetty? which one is better? anyone had both maybe and can help me decide pls? thank you**
A: Hi. There is no difference between the two, just the colour. Henry/Hettys are both available in the original or compact size ....both are equally brilliant vacuums!!

**Q: Does this have the boost switch?**
A: No boost....but needs the opposite! Reduced suction possible with 'valve' on stick twisted to open, with this closed it's so powerful I cannot imagine when a boost would ever be necessary.

**Q: What bags do I need to order?**
A: The standard Henry bags - ref number Numatic NVM-1CH

**Q: Is a hefty lighter than a henry**
A: the Hetty is smaller and a bit lighter.
