Thats what the packaging on mine said anyway. **Q: Does this get mouldy easily ?** A: We haven’t had any mound on ours yet, it seems to resist it better than other bath mags we’ve had **Q: My dots have come off can they be stuck down agaib?** A: When I had one of these, I tried sticking them back with Gorilla glue/superglue. It worked, for a short while...until some others started coming off. In the long run, this product lasts about a year and then most dots start coming off one way or another (and if they don't, they just store up black gunk and mold) **Q: Does it stay secure when running the bath?
