Is not a good quality product the rings would brake with the weigth of the door in no time. **Q: Is this 38419 for a 88-98 C/K truck, or is the 38416 the right one (spline at bottom of pin on 38419, not on 38416).** A: I used this on a 2001 GMC Jimmy, this does fit years 1994-2005 also the Chevy Blazer. Regardless of which side (driver's or passenger) kit is the same. The **416 has a longer pin, so depends what you have. Check out the Dorman site they can steer you in the right direction. http://www.dormanproducts.com/default.aspx **Q: is it made in USA ?** A: No. China I believe. I highly recommend this part instead part # 703-265 it's on Amazon.
