You will notice a difference day 7-10. **Q: can i use both of them/sport tablet and original tablet?** A: I wouldn’t take them both on the same set as they have many of the same vitamins and your body can only digest so much at one time, the rest gets flushed out and you’ll notice your pee be quite yellow.... but you can take them one each day and it doesn’t matter whether it’s the sport one or the original.. they are good tablets many herbal/nutrition shops do their own brand ones which can be cheaper though!! **Q: How do these compare to the normal Wellman tablets?
