Can the arms be positioned so that it will fit in standard size stall shower?** A: There is a wire from the base that hooks into the arms at each level of the horizontal wires- so the arms can be almost vertical or completely parallel to the floor. I can't speak specifically to if it would fit in a shower, though. **Q: Is this stainless steel?
