Best MCT oil I've tried so now I only get this one. I gave it a 5 even though I could only take it once. Set my heart condition off. I was buzzing with energy and I only had half a teaspoon of it. I had it 1st thing in the morning but that energy boost was immense. You could feel it all over your body. I have had insomnia and even had a vitamin b12 pill keep me awake so I thought this was going to. Especially since my body was buzzing with energy and even giving me rushes till late in the evening but then I just crashed and felt more tired than normal and actually got a decent night sleep. Definitely does what it says. My wife uses it now. She can have a tablespoon full and be ok. Not completely buzzing like I was but it keeps her going brilliantly through the day. And she loved reading about all the other benefits. I'm just sensitive to it I think. I think I'm sensitive to most stimulants. I had a vitamin b12 and a separate vitamin b6 at the same time about a year ago and I was even a little buzzing with energy from that. Nowhere near like this stuff but it was still enough to set my heart off as well. Weird since I was an addict to stimulant drugs I won't mention on the review for over 20yrs. Now I can't even handle b vitamins. I was hoping this stuff would break my plateau in weight loss. Been falling off me in spite of my bad insulin resistance and metabolism because I was really pushing. I lost a lot of weight then it just stopped. Even intermittent fasting wouldn't get rid of this last bit of belly fat so I researched it and bought this to get me through the plateau. It's not going to happen with this product though. My wife is finding it useful. I'm not
