I mean is ther eany age indicator?** A: I think its for anyone, but there is also Perfect Prime meant for 50 onwards. However, I don‘t think it‘s matter if you take this one and are over 50 unless there are certain things you are lacking due to age. Then that one might be better suited. However, I have also combined different supplements such as multivitamins and Vitamin D as that one was especially low. But I don‘t know what thto lowest recommended age would be you can take them.
