Review: It works ! …for me - I want to bed around 11pm last night and kept tossing and turning , blinked while counting up to the number 200 (3 times ) and usually that makes my head spin ,causing my eyes to fall asleep ..last night, & very rarely this technique didn’t work for some reason . I was awake till 2 am Then I remembered I had purchased this Nytol and it was right by my bedside . So I didn’t manage to get a spoon from my kitchen cupboard but I used the lid to “approximate” 5mls / the equivalent of a tablespoon (maybe I poured more ) but next thing I remembered was waking up in the morning at 6:30 to turn my alarm off . If you’re thinking of trying this out to help ease your symptoms of insomnia ,then I’ll say go ahead because you won’t be disappointed. I hadn’t even looked at the other reviews but I knew Nytol worked because I have tried the tablets which work well for me ! Note that : When I’m working my 12 hour shifts I have no problem falling asleep ,but it’s the days I’m off work that I need a little assistance & Nytol has proven again and again that it works …for me . Also note that ;it tastes absolutely horrible ! just like the tablets taste like cow dung ,but once you get used to the scent it doesn’t seem as vile 😂
Review: Wow, best night sleep I've had in ages! - I'm literally writing this review 30 minutes after waking up because I can't believe how well it works!! I've used the tablets before which smell like grass and they didn't seem to have an effect but this liquid is the future!! I took 2 teaspoons about an hour before bed with the intention of my usual bedtime routine of climbing into bed and scrolling on my phone, however, within about 30 minutes I felt drowsy in a way I haven't felt before, very hard to describe but very relaxing if that makes sense? Next thing I know it's 730 in the morning and I've slept for 10 hours!!? And the funny thing is when I usually wake up the first thing I do is yawn which isnt a good sign of good sleep and so far I haven't yawned once? And yes, I do feel very refreshed, I would highly recommend this product over the equivalent tablets, give it a shot you've got nothing to lose!

A: 5 ml of oral liquid contains approximately 734 mg sucrose so in 1ml it would be approximately 146.8mg

**Q: I received this item and it was that poorly packaged I actually received a smashed up bottle and no liquid at all . No reply to me and no replacement?**
A: No reply ? From Amazon or a trader ? I've not experienced that , although I see it's showing as unavailable ! Complain again , then escalate if necessary.

A: It's aimed at over 15 years old  , might be an idea to check with the doctor though  .

**Q: If I take this will I still hear noises in the night, such as a baby crying?**

Honest review here, first of all if you have kidney stones please don’t take it as it contains alcohol and it’s really bad for the kidneys! Had nightmares but it’s normal when you take any product like this! The taste is strong but absolutely normal, it didn’t bother me! (People buy it knowing it as it’s clearly) (I don’t think it’s what I needed, and I don’t think it’s a bad product it’s just not for me)
