Haha.My mother is a tiny woman, 5’ and 89lbs and I bought her the size SMALL and she wears it a little oversized. If an extra small size existed, it would be more fitting on her. She likes wearing the small because she can wear bigger sweaters and sweatshirts under it and it will cover more of her hips. I am 5’2” and 125lbs (and fit. Normally wear size small clothes or 4 dresses, occasionally petite) and the size SMALL fit me well, slightly snug but not tight, and the hem hit at the high hip.
