## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why does the lamp feel damp sometimes?**
A: Natural salt draws moisture from the air, so the surface can feel damp in a humid room. It's normal, not a fault. If it's wet, unplug and wipe it dry before switching on. Regular use keeps it dry.

**Q: How do I clean and look after it?**
A: Unplug it first, then wipe the salt with a dry or barely damp cloth and dry it straight away, including the base. Don't rinse, soak or use sprays. Let it air off fully before plugging back in, and store it somewhere dry.

**Q: Is every lamp the same shape and colour?**
A: No. Each lamp is hand-carved from a natural block of salt, so the outline, texture and shade differ from piece to piece, and weight varies within the size you order.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great purchase!!
*by C***N on 18 November 2025*

Honestly so impressed! I never leave reviews but for £8 I thought something had to be wrong - it’s good quality and the light is perfectly pinky orange - the lamp itself is quite small but still a good size - all works perfectly, very (surprised) and happy!
