Review: Perfect for a Work Table - This worked out great for my sewing table. It’s really sturdy and feels like good quality right away. I like that it’s a nice thick metal, not flimsy at all, so it stays in place and feels like it’ll last. Overall, exactly what I needed and it’s been a really useful addition to my workspace.
Review: Great stuff, please read! - Excellent! My planar is now PERFECTLY calibrated! It came with this super dumb measuring tape that... well, I really don't know what they were doing with it (see second picture... this is NOT a picture of THIS product that I'm reviewing!), it was just awful and I couldn't get an accurate cut with this stock tape. Now, since replacing it with THIS tape (see FIRST picture, the actual picture of THIS product), it's accurate down to using my micrometer!! Down to the 1/128th of an inch!! It was a little difficult to get the 3M backing started off the adhesive tape (which I found to be a good thing - means this adhesive is heavy duty), but after that it peeled off very easily. The tape is metal, which is nice. It shows the markings very clearly in inches and millimeters, left to right. It's great. I'd DEFINITELY buy again, and I might when it comes time to redo my miter table. Great stuff!
