Specifically, I am using them where the reservoir discharge hose meets the plant site bucket. Nutrient solution comes from the main reservoir on a horizontal plane, via a hose, and then transitions at the bucket lid, via a 3/4" ID threaded bulkhead, to a vertical plane where it meets up with a venturi to deliver an air-infused recirculating nutrient solution.
