A couple things to be aware of though. I definitely recommend taking everything spread out throughout the day. I mimic another review in that I take one multivitamin, one NO, and the X12 before my morning workout. Afterwords I take the second NO, and the Creatine and take the last Multivitamin before bed. This seems to give me the best results. I used to drink coffee in the morning but not anymore, this thing loads you with energy (caffeine). Overall satisfied with my purchase.
