If you are interested in products not tested on animals, Amazon sells many great products that are truly CRUELTY FREE including makeup. (Just check that the parent company is cruelty free as well). Not a PETA member but always an animal lover. **Q: How quickly does this dry out? I apply over my eye shadow and find that some dry out quickly or as soon as I start applying.** A: I find it to last as long as I'm applying, one reason I recommend this product. Other's dry fast even reapplying later. I can reapply later to freshen up if needed & still Epic still applies smoothly. You can't go wrong, try it!!
