2回ほどクイックリフト用で使用しましたが、使いやすくておすすめです。レバーバックルに比べると弱さは感じるかもしれませんが、腹圧を高めるのには十分だと思います。クイックリフトする人、持ち運びしやすいベルトや、軽くて小さいベルトを探している人は持っていてもいいと思います。
