## Questions & Answers

**Q: How many calories are in a serving?**
A: 65 calories per serving (3-4 tea spoon per serving)

**Q: Can you explain why this product has a sticker saying that it can produce cancer?**
A: We comply with the regulation of California’s Proposition 65, businesses selling products to consumers in California must provide notification to said consumers if their products contain any one of the approximately 800 harmful chemicals listed.

Therefore, Prop 65 warnings are required for chemicals that are commonly present in a wide variety of everyday products such as foods, sungrass, coffee, dietary supplements, cleaners, and beauty care products as well as for substances such as pesticides, gasoline, car exhaust, and cigarette smoke. As a result, warnings can be seen not only on product labels but also posted throughout California in establishments such as restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, stores, buildings, and parking garages.

Keep in mind that many foods - including fruits and vegetables with important nutrition benefits - contain trace levels of contaminants.

The listing under Prop 65 does not necessarily mean that a scientific consensus has concluded that the chemical in question causes reproductive toxicity or cancer in humans.

Prop 65 is not a product safety law. Rather, it is a right-to-know law requiring the public to be informed when a Prop 65 listed chemical is present above a very low threshold. As the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), the California agency responsible for implementing Prop 65 has noted, “A Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean that a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements."

Thank you,

**Q: Who packs this for shipping? I'm concerned b/c of reports of damaged goods upon arrival. Thank you**
A: I believe it comes from a amazon warehouse. I have ordered many, many jars and only once had one break and judging from what I saw of the packaging it happened at drop off. They are packaged pretty well but nothing is perfect.

**Q: Does this expire?**
A: Yes, Honey Jujube Tea expires after 2 years from manufacture date. Thank you!
