## Features

- 【TARGETED SUPPORT & STABILITY】 Hidden soft and elastic spring support bars are placed on both sides of the knee support to help reduce pressure on the kneecap and provide added stability for your knee. This knee strap is designed to help maintain comfort during movement and may help lower the risk of discomfort or strain.
- 【Comfortable and breathable】This patella knee support is made of high-quality nylon, making it lightweight and soft for comfortable wear. Two non-slip silicone strips help provide uniform compression and keep the support in place during activities. The open patella and ventilated back design help reduce pressure on the kneecap and minimize sweat build-up. Helps keep your knees dry and reduce odors even after extended use.
- 【COMPREHENSIVE PROTECTION】Two springs are sewn on both sides of the patella to help the knee support fit closely to your knee joint and offer extra support during activities. While it cannot guarantee the prevention of sports injuries, it is designed to help reduce the risk without restricting your mobility. The specially designed extended support strap is highly adjustable to help provide a snug fit, so you can stay active and comfortable.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Blisters but works
*by M***E on 7 September 2026*

Helped but some issues. I've had a bad knee for a few years now. Every now and then it flairs up, normally when coning down a mountain (Hill). I've recently started running 5K's and at around the 3/4K mark one of my knees starts getting sore. Maybe my form, but i eventually limp. This support helps me reach the 5K with ease and beyond to 10k. The only bad point is that I always form a wee blister with my skin rubbing under it. I've tried adjusting it a little, but it makes no difference.
