After just a few uses I could definitely tell the difference with much less chronic pain and significantly less discomfort even after exerting my back playing pickleball. I have expanded to use it on my upper shoulders now and it is definitely helping there as well. This shockwave therapy really does work ... at least it does for me! I will probably start using it on my calves next. The machine is easy to set up and very easy to use. I was up-and-running in under 10 minutes. The packaging was excellent and it arrived with no damage. I like that they include a couple of extra bullets and the cleaning brush as it is important to keep the unit clean on a regular basis. I did run into the same issue that some others have experienced with the handle having to be replaced. Lily at Customer Service was extremely helpful. I received the new handle in two days and she proactively followed-up to make sure I received it and that the unit was back to working as expected. So far the new handle has been working perfectly so I think I am past that issue now. Lily was also emphatic in reminding me that the machine comes with a one-year warranty. Hopefully I will not need any further help but it is nice to know this company is so responsive when you need them. Overall I highly recommend this machine.
