I only carry a laptop, ipad, legal notebook and a few pens and sticky notes so it's not like it's carrying 20 pounds of stuff. **Q: I wear a white shirt as part of a work uniform. Does this bag have a tendency to stain clothing?** A: It will depend if you treat the bag with any oil or conditioner. You can use leather shampoo to keep it from staining your shirt, but research the leather shampoo before useing **Q: How do you keep the stain from coming off?? As soon as I touched the bag after opening it the dark residue rubbed off on my hands.** A: I just got this item and have used it for around a week and I noticed no problem with stain coming off.
