I have mild incontinence but it could be embarrasing if it were not for these pads . I was sceptical at first but now would not be without them. They stick to the front of your underwear so dont move and more importantly they dont show. No visible bulge. I thoroughly recommend these and you can wear with confidence especially when out for long periods . I am very mild and go for the four drops.
