I get the browning and caramelization I'd expect from stainless steel, while food releases with the ease of a quality nonstick pan. It heats quickly and evenly, so I spend less time waiting and more time cooking. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Choosing the 12" over the 10"

I chose the 12" wok with trepidation, given the comments about its weight. I made the right choice. The wok is deep and sufficiently large that I can cook one pot meals in quantity with plenty of room for leafy greens and a volume of food to last 2-3 days. Compared to the 10" cast iron skillet that I was using, this is lightweight! The extra handle is quite helpful and the wok design is very efficient. It has been perfectly non-stick so far. Overall, it was a very good investment. I can now retire 2, flaking old skillets.
