- Made of premium cast iron - 100% PTFE-free, PFOA-free, durable and nearly indestructible, features even heat distribution. Not dishwasher safe. Rustproof and free from any harmful chemicals or synthetic coatings. These small cast iron skillets with heat-resistant material are compatible with most heat sources, can be used in the oven, broiler, campfire or grill.
- Hand-polished - Our 4inch cast iron cookware are hand-polished after casting that surfaces are less smoother than other steel cookware, still non-stick and easy to washing in mild soapy water with a sponge. Double drip-spouts design make it easy to drip excess oil and water.
- Methods of season - Before officially starting to use, you need to thoroughly clean the pot with soap and water, and then boil water in the pot several times until no more residue falls off. Apply a thin layer of vegetable/animal oil to the surface, wait overnight, and finally rinse again and dry the pan.
- Methods of care - The skillet will become oily and smooth with the passage of time and appropriate maintenance. After each cleaning, please do not let it air dry or soak in water naturally. It needs to be wiped dry with a cloth to ensure there is no water residue, otherwise it will easily rust. If it rusts, please use a scouring pad to clean the rusted part and repeat the season process.

These are nice mini, cast iron skillets. I was looking for small skillets to make our cookie skillets for Mother’s Day movie night and these will do. They’re smaller than expected, but perfect for individual desserts. Pretty good quality.
