Probably get st least 4 or 5 uses maybe more as long as you keep them clean. **Q: What if you stop using for a couple days, does it grow back thicker?** A: I've been dermaplaning 1/week for the past few months (sometimes I skip a week here & there). The first session, it removed a good amount of peach fuzz, but not all. It's not like shaving, but scraping/defoliating your skin and taking the fine hairs with it. It won't eliminate the thicker, tougher hairs but it does make them stand out more so they're easier to pluck/manage overall. I have found that over time, there is less hair growth and my skin is very soft. The hair that does grow in is very fine, not thicker. You need to be very careful, though, because the blade is sharp. I've nicked myself a few times (nothing awful), so I always remind myself how to hold the blade and stroke my skin to avoid. **Q: Can you buy just the small size blade somewhere? I only use the small sized one. Not worth it to have to buy 2 big ones just to get the smaller sized.** A: Unfortunately in this set you can not just buy the smaller one.
