Review: Phone damaged no response and actions . - Don't purchase this, After bought within month item damaged ,s pen get melted inside the unit and heating the unit fast ,when i contacted the customer service ask for repair or return till now no one came to collect the item and after one week they saying desertcart are not responsible for this , i need to contact directly to samsung to do repair ,how they can say like that, i spend big amount to purchase the item and now they are not responsible ......they cheated me....
